Request Return Materials Authorization

Fill out the contact form below and we will do our best to respond to you within 1 business day. For repairs and re-calibrations, we require the complete model number, serial number, and product symptoms. This is required to recieve an RMA.  Example: PSC-SSS-Laser-LT, SN# 9406999, no 4-20 mA output.

If you wish to recieve an RMA please complete and submit the form below. If you need a follow-up on an existing RMA, please call 774-399-0447 and ask for Tiffiny Dussault at our Service Depot. Must have RMA number on hand for a follow-up.

Note: If a product is sent in and deemed unrepairable, a $200.00 evaluation fee will be charged for each analyzed IR device.
