If you wish to recieve an RMA please complete and submit the form below. If you need a follow-up on an existing RMA, please call 774.399.0476 ext. 301 for Gene Ruiter at our Service Depot. Must have RMA number on hand for a follow-up.
Note: If a product is sent in and deemed unrepairable, a $200.00 evaluation fee will be charged for each analyzed IR device.
