PSC-A10G Series

Glass Measurement

The PSC-A10G series is a digital pyrometer covering temperature ranges from 75°C to 2500°C for glass surface temperature measurement. The IR sensor provides three sighting methods-laser, through lens, or video. Four different optics provide focusablity at different distances providing extremely small spot sizes. A selection of protective cooling, air purging, and mounting accessories are available.

Overview

The PSC-A10G is a digital pyrometer with a through lens or laser-focused aiming light. The pyrometer has multiple temperature ranges, starting from 75°C up to 2500°C (see 'Specs' tab). It offers four different focusable optics:

I - 130 to 140 mm measurement distance, creating a target size of 1 to 1.3mm

II - 170 to 190 mm measurement distance, creating a target size of 1.3 to 1.9 mm

III - 230 to 290 mm measurement distance, creating a target size of 1.8 to 2.9 mm

IV - 360 to 710 mm measurement distance, creating a target size of  3.2 to 7.1 mm

The pyrometer's built-in LCD display and integrated key pad make it easier to adjust various settings. This can also be done via Process Sensors PC software. These new parameters can even be made in bus systems, through a switchable RS232 / RS484 interface. It can quickly take measurements through an adjustable response time (1ms up to 100 s), ensuring no change in temperature goes undetected.
